Graduated in Electrical Engineering from Instituto de Educação Superior de Brasília (IESB), where he also obtained an MBA certificate in Telecommunications.

He joined the Ministry of Communications in 2004 as an engineering intern and, in 2006, began his journey in the Federal Public Administration as an Engineer at this Ministry.
He has already held the positions of Head of Service, Head of Division, Coordinator, General Coordinator of Digital Television, all in the Broadcasting Secretariat, where he carried out technical and legal analyzes in broadcasting processes, in addition to formulating public policies related to signal transition television analogue to digital.
He represented Brazil in International Organizations, such as the Inter-American Telecommunications Commission – CITEL – and the International Telecommunications Union – ITU, where he also participated in the last two World Radiocommunication Conferences, in Geneva and Egypt.
Between 2019 and 2020, he held the position of Advisor to the Superintendence of Granting and Resources for Provision of the National Telecommunications Agency – ANATEL – where he worked with topics related to broadcasting, satellites, certification and approval of communication products and telecommunications systems, as well as on some technical issues related to the 5G Notice.
Since June 2020 he has been in charge of the Granting and Post-Granting Department of the Ministry of Communications’ Broadcasting Secretariat.
