Electrical engineer graduated from UFG. With more than 20 years of experience in the broadcasting sector, he works with regulatory analysis, preparation of technical projects for the feasibility of channels and licensing and installation of stations. He worked for 8 years at Anatel, at the extinct SCM, and for the same period at EBC, in the Engineering and Operations Department. He currently works at Abratel.
