Lawyer, graduated from the Institute of Higher Education of Brasília – Iesb, Post-Graduated by the Superior School Foundation of the Public Ministry of the Federal District and Territories, currently General Director of Abratel. Before joining Abratel, he worked for 11 years at the Ministry of Communications, occupying some of the main strategic positions at the Broadcasting Secretariat.
