Secretary of Broadcasting of the Ministry of Communications
He is a Telecommunications Engineer graduated from the National Institute of Telecommunications – INATEL, in Santa Rita do Sapucaí – MG, Master in Telecommunications Management from the University of Strathclyde in the United Kingdom, Lawyer graduated from the Higher Education Institute of Brasília – IESB.
From 1993 to 1998 he was a Planning Engineer for the Telebrás System.
From 1998 to 2005 he was a Systems Engineer at Telebrás, transferred to Anatel.
Since 2005 he has been a Specialist in Regulation of Public Telecommunications Services at ANATEL.
From 2003 to 2007 he was Spectrum Engineering Manager at Anatel.
From 2007 to 2010 he was General Manager of Certification and Spectrum Engineering at Anatel.
From 2011 to 2016 he was the National Telecommunications Secretary at the Ministry of Communications – MC.
From 2016 to 2017 he was the National Secretary for Informatics Policies at the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communications – MCTIC.
From 2017 to 2018 he was President of Telecomunicações Brasileiras S.A – Telebrás.
From 2018 to 2019 he was the National Secretary for Technological Development and Innovation at the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communications – MCTIC.
From 2019 to 2020 he was Special Advisor to the Minister on Science, Technology, Innovation and Communications.
He is currently Secretary of Broadcasting at the Ministry of Communications – MCom.
