Graduated in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Telecommunications and post-graduated in Telecommunications Regulation from the University of Brasília (UnB). Anatel’s career servant since 2005, he held the positions of interconnection and numbering manager, and advisor to the Board of Directors. He is a member of the Brazilian Communication Commission that deals, in international forums, with matters related to the standardization of telecommunications and broadcasting. Before Anatel, he worked at Brasil Telecom coordinating the planning and design of the company’s IP and corporate networks.
