Leidivino Natal da Silva has been Stefanini Rafael’s CEO since September 2018. He has extensive experience in sales for the Brazilian market and LATAM, having worked in multinational companies such as Ericsson, Siemens and Vision-Box, helping to leverage business, acquire new customers , gain market and mindshare through marketing activities.
The executive has great knowledge in the corporate and security market, working in the definition of strategy, market positioning, demand generation, sales campaigns, marketing actions, product management, brand equity and cross-functional teams, prioritizing the achievement of goals and the return on investment (ROI) of the business.
He graduated in Electrical Engineering from FESP (São Paulo Engineering Faculty) in 2002.
