He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Brasília – UnB (2005), a postgraduate degree in Telecommunications Regulation from the National Institute of Telecommunications – Inatel (2011) and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Brasília – UnB (2013). He is a specialist in regulation, at Anatel since 2005, he has worked in the areas of inspection and spectrum management and is currently an advisor in the Office of Counselor Moisés Moreira. He has already coordinated the Technical Group of Reception (GT-Rx) of GIRED and currently coordinates the Technical Group of Vacancy (GT Vacancy) of GAISPI.
