Daniel Monteiro, GloboPlay Development Manager chats with Wikings Machado, Executive of Venture Capital de Inovação, who has been in Silicon Valley for 4 years, where he acted as one of the managers of Next 47, which is a 1.2 Venture Capital fund billion dollars. He talks about the actors and the innovation ecosystem and mentions that large companies need processes to innovate which, in turn, need to attract qualified people. According to him, between idea and business there is execution, which only happens when there is attitude and all of this has to do with culture.
