In 2020, most consumer habits were changed by the pandemic. With the stay at home, new choices aimed at food, comfort and leisure have adapted to social isolation. Thus, brands also had to convert efforts to keep up with the consumer, as well as media groups, big techs, sports leagues worldwide, competition over broadcast rights, the world of e-sports, among many others that produce and distribute content, both entertainment and news.
This adaptation, however, brought challenges for 2021 and for years to come, as there is still no certainty about this near future.
